I’ll update this page as groceries are donated … COMPLETE!
Groceries:
- GOAL REACHED! 10 loaves of bread
- GOAL REACHED! 4 x 18 oz jars of jelly
- GOAL REACHED! 4 x 28 oz jars of peanut butter
- GOAL REACHED! 8 x 1lb bags of Sandies Cookies (or something equivalent to 200 cookies – but not home cooked)
- GOAL REACHED! 2 x 110 count box of sandwich bags
- GOAL REACHED! 100 brown bags
- GOAL REACHED! 10 x 10 packs of CapriSun (about $2 per 10 pack)
- GOAL REACHED! 100 individual bags of chips (Lays, Cheetos, etc.)
12/11 Dale Burrow committed to the sandwich bags and brown bags.
12/15 Jeff Secules got the hookup with Skate Church for chips.
12/17 Dave&Rae grab bread – Doug&Shelly grab the drinks – Shirley&Galen have PB – Sue has cookies – Marc has the jelly.
From previous years, that list has done pretty well. Nothing says we can’t do more – it’s just a guideline.
If you are interested in making the trek downtown please meet at McDonald’s in Rockwall on December 24th at 10:45pm.
Outside of Rockwall? Meet us at 11:30 PM in front of the old mental health shelter. Click here for a map. We should be home by 2:30 AM. Maybe earlier.
